For solo + small-firm practitioners

The first call back
wins the case.

Personal-injury, family-law, and criminal-defense leads call multiple firms in the first hour. Whoever picks up first usually signs them. Yomigo answers in your voice, runs your intake script, captures what you need for a conflict check, and books the consult — while you're in court.

The first-hour problem

They called 3 firms.
2 picked up. 1 signed them.

PI plaintiffs, divorce filers, and accident victims dial multiple firms in the first hour after the incident. If you're in court, mid-deposition, or just at lunch, the lead is gone. Most intake services charge per-lead and still drop after-hours calls.

Yomigo runs on your existing line

How it works

On your line
in under 15 minutes.

01

Pick a number

New Yomigo number or port your existing one. Numbers in 200+ area codes — match your jurisdiction.

02

Point it at your case system

Every completed intake fires a webhook carrying the structured fields, the transcript and the recording — route it into Clio, MyCase or Filevine through Zapier or a short script. Native connectors are on the roadmap.

03

Define your intake script

What questions you need answered before you spend time on a consult. Yomigo runs them every call, same way, no skipped fields.

Built for intake

Every lead, every time.
Even mid-deposition.

Run full intake

Walks the caller through your intake script — incident date, parties involved, injuries, prior representation. Every field lands as structured data on the call record and in the webhook payload, ready to push into your case system.

Everything your conflict check needs

Asks for opposing parties, related matters and prior representation, and lands them as structured fields on the call record — so you can run your conflict check before the consult instead of discovering the problem 30 days later. Yomigo does not run the check itself.

Book consults

Quotes your consult fee, books the slot from your calendar, sends confirmation + intake forms. No back-and-forth scheduling email chain.

Sorts the matter before you spend an hour on it

Establishes the matter type on the call — PI, divorce, DUI, estate — and asks the questions that go with it, so an out-of-scope caller gets a referral instead of a consult slot. One agent, your script; separate agents per matter type if you prefer.

Bilingual intake (English + Spanish)

Critical for PI and immigration practices in many markets. Yomigo handles both languages natively without per-language pricing.

Post on social, too

Optional Social AI add-on writes LinkedIn posts from win summaries and educational content, generates images, posts on a schedule — builds your authority without a marketing hire.

Common questions

Counsel Qs

Is anything here attorney-client privileged?+
Intake calls happen BEFORE engagement — privilege typically attaches at engagement. We recommend you keep formal legal advice off these calls (Yomigo will too — it offers to schedule a consult rather than answer legal questions). Talk to your malpractice carrier about your specific workflow.
How does Yomigo handle conflict checks?+
It does not run them — and we are not going to imply otherwise about an ethical obligation. What it does is ask the questions a conflict check needs (opposing parties, related matters, prior representation) on every single call, the same way, and hand you those as structured fields the moment the call ends. Running the check against your conflict list stays with your firm. Automatic conflict screening is on the roadmap.
Will it disclose it's an AI agent?+
Not on its own — you write the greeting, so if your jurisdiction expects disclosure you put it in there, and we would encourage you to. What it will not do is pretend to be a person: asked who they are speaking with, it gives its name and is instructed never to claim to be a specific human or invent a title. Automatic, jurisdiction-aware disclosure is on the roadmap. Check your own state bar's guidance — that call is yours, not ours.
Can the intake data actually flow into Clio?+
Not directly yet — a native Clio connector is on the roadmap, and we will not pretend otherwise. Today every completed intake fires a webhook with the structured fields, the transcript and the recording link, which you can route into Clio through Zapier or a short script. Native connectors that do exist today: Google Calendar, Outlook, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk and Slack.
What if a caller wants legal advice on the phone?+
Yomigo declines politely ("I'm not able to give legal advice, but I can book a consult with the attorney") and books the consult. Doesn't opine on the merits of the case.
After-hours calls — true emergencies?+
For criminal defense (arrests) and DUI specifically, you can configure Yomigo to page the on-call attorney for urgency cues. For most other practice areas, after-hours leads get a same-day morning callback booked.
