Yomigo vs Goodcall

An AI phone agent for small business, billed per unique caller.

Two AI phone agents aimed at the same kind of business, with completely different meters. Which one is cheaper depends on the shape of your calls, not on which company you like better.

The short version

Goodcall doesn't charge for minutes at all — it charges for how many distinct phone numbers reach your agent in a month, and bills per agent. That is a genuinely good model, and for a single-location business with long calls it will beat us on price. Where it turns against you is breadth: every extra phone number is another agent at full price, and every caller past your tier's cap is another $0.50. We meter minutes instead, which is worse for marathon calls and better for lots of short ones across several numbers.

Run the numbers

The working is shown so you can check it against your own call log rather than take our word for the total.

One location, short calls
60 unique callers a month, averaging 3 minutes
Yomigo · Solo
$63.40
$49 + 80 min over × $0.18
Goodcall
$79
$79 — inside the 100-caller cap, minutes free
One location, long calls
60 unique callers a month, averaging 10 minutes
Yomigo · Solo
$139
$49 + 500 min over × $0.18
Goodcall
$79
$79 — minutes are not metered
Goodcall wins this one outright, and it is not close. If your calls routinely run past ten minutes, their meter is simply the better fit and we would rather you knew that from us.
Three locations
Three numbers, 150 unique callers each, averaging 3 minutes
Yomigo · Scale

Goodcall

3 agents × $129 (Growth, 250-caller cap)
Also Goodcall's, on price. We include three numbers on Scale but you are paying for headroom you may not need — worth comparing against Pro plus add-ons if outbound and social are not part of why you're here.
The honest take

When each is the right pick

Pick Yomigo if…

  • Your calls are short and numerous — the meter that punishes you there is theirs, not ours.
  • You want outbound campaigns and follow-up, not only inbound answering.
  • You want the social posting and site builder in the same subscription.
  • You expect to add numbers or locations and do not want to buy an agent per line.

Pick Goodcall if…

  • Your calls regularly run long — unlimited minutes is a real advantage and we do not match it.
  • You want one predictable bill with no overage arithmetic, ever.
  • You are one location with one number and expect to stay that way.
  • You only need inbound answering and nothing around it.
Common questions

Before you decide

Which is actually cheaper?+
It depends entirely on your average call length. Short calls favour our per-minute meter; long calls favour their unlimited one. The crossover for a single location sits around six to seven minutes average. Above that, Goodcall is cheaper — there is no version of the arithmetic where that isn't true.
What is a "unique caller"?+
Goodcall's pricing page defines billing around callers with distinct phone numbers interacting with the agent in a calendar month, capped by tier, then $0.50 each beyond. Repeat calls from the same number don't add cost. We don't count callers at all — only minutes.
Can I try both?+
Ours you can test without signing up for anything: call +1 (413) 224-6437 and talk to the agent. We would genuinely rather you compared the experience than took either marketing page at face value.
