SMS Program Opt-In Disclosure

Effective: 2026-07-20 · TachiTech

This page documents how consumers give consent to receive SMS text messages from TachiTech and the exact disclosures they receive. It is published for carrier and registry (TCR) verification of our messaging program's Call to Action.

1. Program Description

TachiTech sends customer-care and conversational SMS messages related to services a consumer has requested — appointment confirmations, follow-up details, and answers to questions raised during a phone call with our business, including calls answered by our AI phone assistant.

2. How Consumers Opt In

During a phone call (verbal consent). When a caller asks us to text them information, our agent asks, verbatim:

“Would you like me to text these details to this number?”

The consumer's verbal “yes” is their opt-in. We record the consent: the call is logged with a timestamp and call recording, and only the phone number the consumer is calling from (or explicitly provides) is messaged. If the consumer declines, no text is sent.

By texting us first. A consumer who initiates a text conversation with our business number thereby opts in to replies on that conversation.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Opt-in consent and phone numbers are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.
